He explained the situation clearly and honestly, without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was Rohit’s honesty and integrity. After inspecting my phone, he realized that the charging issue was caused by debris and dirt in the charging port. He cleaned the charging port thoroughly and didn’t charge me anything at all for it. I had a very positive experience. I was in a bind and needed my screen fixed immediately on my S23 Ultra before I head out of town. They got my phone fixed up and back in my hands pronto so I could get on the road. My only complaint would be the screen protector fell off an hour later but thats not a big deal. I'm positive it will be dealt with when I go back. Not once did I have anything pushed on me to buy as add-ons like I encountered at Mobile Klinik in the mall. Those guys were way too pushy trying to sell me a new phone plan and warranties for the repair I wanted done. That cost Mobile Klinik my buisness. I despise pushy salesman 🤨 Overall, I'm very happy with the service I got from Dr. Phone Fix. I reccomend.
